Разработка, стоимость и этапы работы
После подписания договора, наш специалист приедет в удобное для Вас время на объект для того, чтобы произвести необходимый обмер помещений. После того как обмерный план составлен, у дизайнера появиться некоторое представление о будущем проекте.
Следующий этап работы над дизайн-проектом: создание объемно-планировочного решения. Осуществляется зонирование, выполняется привязка помещений различного предназначения к входным дверям, окнам, солнечной либо темной стороне, обязательно принимается во внимание возможность тех или иных изменений планировки с инженерной точки зрения. Результатом данного этапа работы над проектом становится экспликация помещений с учетом перепланировки. На этом этапе, когда перепланировка помещений уже утверждена Вами, можно приступать к процедуре согласования проекта в необходимых инстанциях.
Стилевое решение — следующий этап работы над дизайн проектом. Определяется, каким будет стиль будущего интерьера, с учетом как модных тенденций и направлений, так и Ваших индивидуальных вкусов и пристрастий. Вы обсуждаете цветовые решения, выбираете отделочные материалы и т.д. Результатом этого этапа является создание эскизов Вашего будущего интерьера. На этом же этапе проекта, выполняется компьютерная визуализация интерьера – наглядные трехмерные картинки Вашего интерьера фотографического качества, которые позволяют получить полное представление о применяемых материалах, их фактуре, цвете, о выбранной мебели и предметах интерьера, получить полное представление о световых сценах и освещении.
- Далее, дизайн проект переходит в самый важный по значимости этап работы – создание основного комплекта рабочих чертежей, куда входят: Обмерный чертеж.

Свеженькая перепланировочка, только из печки. Черчу новый проект, в нём перепланировка — не моя задача, я только чертежник. Планировку делала дизайнер, опираясь на пожелания заказчика, и одним из основных является пожелание ничего не сносить. Поэтому планировка в этом проекте совершенно другая (я не могу её опубликовать), дизайнер сделала всё так, как хотят заказчики, в частности обошлись без серьёзного демонтажа и с минимальным возведением новых перегородок, и с другим распределением комнат. А я, не будучи скована ограничениями ТЗ, для себя сделала вариант, который мне кажется оптимальным в такой квартире для такой семьи, сделала просто чтоб потренироваться и успокоить творческий зуд, вариант 100% «в стол», но покажу здесь, чтоб добро совсем зря не пропадало 🙂

ПРИХОЖАЯ. Справа от входа большое зеркало в полный рост. Слева от входной двери тумба для обуви и над ней вешалка для одежды. После вешалки у стены крепление для двух велосипедов. Например:

Прихожая была просторная, поэтому хватило места для небольшой, но достаточно вместительной гардеробной, или кладовой, что нужнее.
ДЕТСКАЯ. Всегда стараюсь в планировках, если приходится размещать двоих детей в одной комнате, по возможности делать так, чтоб у них всего было поровну и чтоб им было одинаково удобно. И чтоб они могли и вместе хорошо время проводить, но и чтоб была какая-то возможность побыть не на виду. Здесь такую возможность даёт такое расположение кроватей. Между ними можно сделать разделитель, и каждый, валяясь на своей кровати, не видит другого и сам не на виду. Например, как на этой фотке, только без второго этажа:

На стене слева от входа изобразила две шведские стенки, подразумевается что там будет спортивный уголок с кольцами, канатами и всякими штуками. Когда мальчики вырастут, спортивный уголок можно демонтировать, на стену повесить телек, под телеком поставить комодик или стеллаж. На креслах-мешках можно валяться, болтать, играть в настолки или в приставку. Встроенный шкаф вместит все нужные вещи. Лоджия присоединяется к комнате, утепляется и на ней прекрасно размещается два рабочих места для учебы и для создания каких-то поделок. Середина комнаты пустая и просторная, хватит места и вдвоём побеситься, и с друзями 🙂
ГОСТИНАЯ + КУХНЯ. Гостиная и кухня объединены, за счет чего получилось хорошее пространство и для совместного времяпровождения членов семьи, и для приёма гостей.
Вдоль всей стены с ТВ — низкие тумбы, на стене композиция из узких полок, ТВ, декора, что-то в таком духе:
За диваном консоль и вплотную к ней стол. Между столом и рабочей зоной кухни достаточно места, стол можно отодвинуть от дивана на случай прихода гостей, всё мобильно и пространство легко трансформировать.
САНУЗЕЛ. Объединение санузла позволило более выигрышно использовать пространство прихожей, но здесь возможно оставить и раздельный санузел, и сделать гардеробную, просто получатся более узкие и более изогнутые коридоры. Но возможность есть и такая, и такая. Круглая штука в санузле — бойлер. Его можно поместить в созданную нишу закрывающуюся дверью-ролетом, под бойлером в этой нише можно хранить вёдра, швабры и всё такое. Рядом либо в колонну стиральная машина и сушилка, либо стиралка, а над ней полки для полотенец и другого, что можно хранить в ванной комнате.
СПАЛЬНЯ. Спальня получилась просторная. Можно было бы поставить сразу справа при входе гардероб, это стандартное решение, но мне захотелось здесь сделать менее распространенное, но более гармоничное и красивое решение, при котором мест хранения не получится меньше, а даже больше. Например, что-то подобное, только крайние секции — гардеробы:
Под телевизором узкий комод или консоль для всякой мелочевки, в углу кресло, чтоб можно было на ночь бросить одежду.
Всё, по-моему хорошая квартирка получилась. Вернее получилась БЫ, если бы… 🙂

В последнее время становится популярным кардинальное зонирование жилья, когда все пространство квартиры делится на общественную и спальную зону. Этот проект – прекрасный пример, как небольшую трешку превратить в удобное четко отзонированное пространство.

Сведения о квартире: 3-комнатная квартира площадью 127 кв. м на 7-ом этаже 9-ти этажного дома в центре Кишинева.
Владельцы квартиры: молодая семейная пара.
Пожелания клиентов: сделать три спальные комнаты.
План 4-комнатной квартиры после кардинальной перепланировки трехкомнатной квартиры.
Изначальная планировка квартиры была полностью изменена. Из гостиной, расположенной в глубине квартиры, сделали две дополнительные спальни, а новая гостиная заняла пространство прихожей и прилегающей к ней комнаты. Перепланировка трехкомнатной квартиры позволила на небольшой площади выстроить три полноценные спальни и просторную гостиную. С помощью раздвижных дверей зону для приема гостей можно легко отрезать от спальной зоны.
Интересная находка – стеклянный проем между кухней и коридором. Так архитектор Евгений Трифан решил проблему темного коридора – в дневное время его освещает естественный свет из кухни.
Системы хранения со светлыми фасадами, белые стены и зеркала визуально увеличивают и освежают пространство квартиры.
Кухня исключительно функциональна — все бытовые приборы спрятаны в кухонной мебели. Столовая зона примыкает к гостиной. При необходимости ее можно скрыть, задвинув стеклянные двери и задернув шторы.
Эта спальня оформлена в стиле японского минимализма: светлый интерьер, низкая кровать и низкие прикроватные тумбочки, встроенные системы хранения.
Для каждой спальни были подобраны художественные фотографии, они стали визитными карточками спальных комнат.
Вместо стандартных бра в этой спальне использовались оригинальные светильники в виде прожекторов.
Ванная комната — самая главная лаунж-зона всей квартиры. Имитация окна с видом на океан, теплые натуральные материалы, направленное освещение — все это создает ощущение покоя и умиротворенности и помогает отрешиться от городской суеты.
